How to enroll Individuals and Organizations
There are two (2) types of Enrollments:
As an Individual using their SSN and their DOB
OR
As a Church, Organization, School, Business, etc. using their EIN and their Agent's DOB
NOTE: The Individual or registering Agent must be at least 18 years old.

Both Individuals and Organizations must enroll into the Program through an existing Member's replicated Website.

Once a potential member has logged onto the Website, they should review all the information including watching the Video and hitting the MORE INFO button to learn more about the Program, how to become a Member, and how to begin receiving Humanitarian Funding for their organization and themselves.
If... the person or organization agrees with the Humanitarian Mission of the Program and wants to be a part of that Mission and/or to benefit from the Program, they should proceed to hitting the JOIN NOW button where they will land on the Enrollment Page as shown below. They would enroll as an individual or as an Church, Ministry, Civic or Nonprofit Organization, School, Business, or other Entity using their name and info or their entities name and info as in the example.
Individuals over 18 years old would use their personal contact information including their own SSN and DOB.
An Organization would use their Entity's contact information including their EIN and the authorized Agent's DOB.
(The DOB is only used to confirm that the person enrolling as an Individual or Entity is of legal age (18 years old) to do so.

Once the required information has been entered, they would proceed by clicking on the CONTINUE button where the following page will open.

Individuals would select the $20 annual Enrollment option and Organizations would select the $50 annual Enrollment option to confirm their option.

Once they have selected their membership Type , they would proceed by clicking on the SELECT THIS ITEM button where the following page will open.
Once they have confirmed their AUTOSHIP (monthy $30 Membership Fee) they would proceed by clicking on the CONTINUE button where the following PAYMENT page will open to REVIEW the enrollment application, enter their TAX NUMBER (either an SSN or EIN) and select their Payment method.
NOTE:
Individuals would use their Credit or Debit Card.
Organizations would use a pre-paid $80 Coupon Code issued by SeYah.

Once the enrolling member has entered the rewuired information, they must READ and accept the TERMS and CONDITIONS by checking each box and hitting the COMPLETE MY ENROLLMENT button where they will receive their registeration number and reciept as the next WELCOMED MEMBER.
